From seed to salad

Revolutionizing the way we produce fresh, healthy food.

01

Seed & nursery

Seeds sprout in clean grow plugs inside the nursery — no soil, no pesticides, no guesswork from day one.

02

Nutrient water

Saplings move to NFT channels where mineral-rich water circulates on a closed loop — using 90% less water than open fields.

03

Climate care

EC, pH, temperature and humidity are dosed and tuned daily — every leaf grows in its ideal weather, all year round.

04

Harvest & deliver

Cut fresh in the morning and delivered the same day to homes, chefs and retailers around the farm.

Good questions

Hydroponics, explained simply.

What is hydroponic herb farming?

Growing herbs and greens without soil — roots sit in circulating, mineral-rich water inside a controlled greenhouse. The plant gets exactly what it needs, so it grows faster, cleaner and more consistently.

What herbs are suitable for hydroponic farming?

Basil, mint, coriander and parsley thrive — along with leafy greens like kale, lettuce, spinach and bok choy. Everything on our produce list this week was grown hydroponically at Pristine.

What are the benefits of hydroponic herb farming?

Around 90% less water, zero pesticides, no soil-borne disease, and harvests every day of the year. Because our farm is close to the city, produce reaches you within hours of cutting — not days.
